Christmas party in record time
24 hours was the time it took to plan, pack and assemble the right team for Deloitte’s internal Christmas party in December 2021.
Due to Covid 19, the otherwise planned Christmas party was moved to their headquarters, distributed departmentally on each floor to take into account Corona restrictions.
In Deloitte’s beautiful foyer, the stage was set up for artists, DJs and speakers.
We provided a solution where sound systems were set up on each floor so that everyone could hear clearly, no matter which floor they were on.
Among the evening’s artists were Burhan G, Hjalmer, Karl William, Icekid, Nissen Pyrus and drag show.
AV Group, together with DPA Soundco and Tuxen AV Center, was responsible for the execution of image, sound and light.
