AV Group Denmark signs a collective agreement with Dansk Metal!
At AV Group Denmark, we have taken a historic step and are the first in the AV industry to enter into an official collective agreement with Dansk Metal! 🤝
Even though the larger players in the industry generally work under collective agreement-like conditions, we have chosen to go all the way to ensure our employees the best and most secure conditions.
This agreement not only provides security for our employees, but also creates even greater security and trust for our customers.
We want to set a new standard in the industry and show that responsibility and high quality go hand in hand.

This step is part of our ongoing development as a company. We have now also become a member of the Confederation of Danish Industry, while remaining active in the Danish Chamber of Commerce.
