Today, AV Group Denmark can announce that, as of December
31, 2025, it has acquired Teletech KonferenceKommunikation and
simultaneously appointed Jesper Hartley as its new CEO.
The Danish company AV Group Denmark, which was founded in 2021,
has experienced rapid growth, with more than 45 percent growth in
2025 alone, and the company now employs 50 permanent staff as well
as a comparable number of freelancers.
In just a few years, AV Group Denmark has become one of the country’s
leading providers of complete AV solutions for all types of events – from
conferences to music events and corporate functions, most recently a
major international event in Copenhagen as well as several large-scale
national and international productions. Today’s two announcements
should be seen as a natural part of the company’s continued expansion.
Teletech KonferenceKommunikation has
found a strong, long-term home
Teletech KonferenceKommunikation was founded in 1986 by Jan Reuther,
who has now chosen to sell his life’s work. Over nearly four decades, the
company has built a strong position within interpretation solutions and
the technical execution of major international events – a legacy that AV
Group Denmark will carry forward with great respect.

1986, and it was crucial for me to find a buyer that respects its history
and has the strength to carry it forward. AV Group Denmark shares our

that Teletech KonferenceKommunikation has now found a strong, long-

With the acquisition of Teletech KonferenceKommunikation, AV Group
Denmark becomes Northern Europe’s largest provider of professional
interpretation systems, with very high capacity for large and complex
events. The acquisition is also a natural extension of AV Group Denmark’s
investment in Bosch interpretation systems and interpreter booths.
Teletech KonferenceKommunikation also brings with it a solid and
loyal customer base with ongoing partnerships on both national and
international projects.
Taken as a whole, AV Group Denmark sets itself apart in the market
through a high level of technical specialization combined with
documented frameworks for responsible operations. The company is
GDPR-compliant, operates under a collective agreement with Dansk
Metal, and is ISO 20121-certified.
The new CEO has played a key role
in AV Group Denmark since 2024
In connection with the acquisition, Jesper Hartley will take over
the role of CEO from Sten Jensen, who will continue as CFO. Since
September 2024, Jesper Hartley has played a central role in AV Group
Denmark’s strategic development and has been closely involved in the
company’s growth, organizational development, and the acquisition of
Teletech KonferenceKommunikation.
Before joining AV Group Denmark in 2024, Jesper Hartley had worked
with and produced national and international events since the 1980s.
He was behind the founding of two major event agencies in Denmark
and, over the course of his career, has worked for both national and
international media companies.
