3,000 people gathered for conference and live concert
When the Presidents Summit 2021 took place in Lokomotivværkstedet
on November 8 and
November 9, AV Group was chosen as the technical turnkey supplier.
We’ve been there from the start throughout the planning phase and assisted with technical advice, project management and coordination.
The result was a fantastic event that ran over 2 days.

PS is attended by around 3,000 people who have the opportunity to spend time in the Expo area, enjoy a cocktail in the Lounge, network with other attendees, or attend the over 30 professional presentations taking place on the Mainstage.
AV Group was responsible for total production throughout Lokomotivværkstedet, including 300 deco lamps, special giant chandeliers, 300m2 stage, 130m2 LED screen, large sound and light production used for both conference and bands.
We also provided complete broadcast camera production that was sent to both big screens and live streaming from the two areas – Mainstage and Nextstage.

It was all executed over 2 days by our skilled and dedicated team of 18 technicians in total.
The first day of the conference ended with a live concert with D:A:D and Mø, where we were also responsible for the entire production.
