AV-Group had the turnkey contract for all technology when a leading engineering company held their annual Leadership Conference in the Hangar at the Clarion Comfort Hotel at Copenhagen Airport.
A team of 25 technicians started the build five days before the conference started and ran the Plenum on day 1 and the Award show that evening. The Plenary Hall was rebuilt overnight so that the customer could run 5 parallel sessions the following morning. 25 minutes after the sessions were over, the 5 divided rooms had to appear as one large room again so that the conference could end in the Plenum.
In the Plenary Hall, 1 LED screen measuring 57 x 4 meters was built around the exit doors due to fire regulations. In addition to the LED screen, we supplied a complete sound system, 22 microphones, 5 cameras and lights for both the plenum and award setup.
